Welcome in our 'bergerie'

The house has been renovated in an authentic Provencal style which has kept its big walls and traditional roof.
The living area includes 200m² on two levels. 5 rooms can accommodate a dozen people. There are two bathrooms.

At your disposal a dishwasher, a washing machine, 2 fridge-freezers, a microwave oven, a gas stove.
Also available are a telephone, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, Internet connection and a gas barbecue, picnic tables and loungers.

A walk in the garden or a dip in the pool?

The pool is located in a south-facing courtyard.
A shaded garden allows you to rest in peace with views of the vineyards and the village.
And you will of course have the opportunity to play local petanque!
Unless you read a good book in the shade on the terrace?

La Bastide d'Engras

LaBastide d'Engras is in the department of Gard a dozen kilometers north of Uzès.
Its access is easy:
- * - by the South motorway, exit Bollène
- * - by TGV, Nîmes or Avignon train stations (40Km)
- * - by plane: airport Nîmes (Ryanair ) 45Km, Montpellier or Marseille
La Bastide d'Engras is a tiny village full of old-fashioned charm  with  a Bastide castle among the oldest in France.

Its location, not far from the pole of attraction of Uzès, first duchy of France, attracts many foreigners. Many have established their second home there.

Uzès is the capital of the oldest duchy of France which dates from the eleventh century.

It is also one of the best preserved cities of France.

Uzès region has many small villages with traditional limestone houses often with an imposing castle.

These villages are surrounded by vineyards, asparagus fields and orchards of cherry and apricot trees.
